We offer 30 calendar days to return sandals from the date you received them.
To be eligible for a return, your sandals must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. You may also return any sandals that experience manufacturers defects.
Please include the original shipping receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your returned sandals, we will inspect them and notify you that we have received them. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Typically you will receive the credit within 3-5 business days, but this depends on your card issuer's policies.
We want to make sure you get the right size! Exchanges of unworn sandals are free of charge.
